Cannot Record Audio
1.Please allow “PTE APEUni” to use your microphone.
2.Please make sure the microphone is working properly.
IOS:To test the primary microphone of your iPhone, open Voice Memos and tap the record icon. Then speak into the microphone and tap the play icon to play back the recording. You should be able to hear your voice clearly.
1.Enter the “APPs” in the settings, click “PTE APEUni” then click “Permissions”,and allow it to use the microphone.
2.To test your microphone, please open a voice recording APP (such as a voice memo) and test it. You should be able to hear your voice clearly.
1.Please use the latest Chrome browser ( https://www.google.com/chrome ) , to use our website, Download Chrome here: https://www.google.com/chrome/.
2.Check if your browser's microphone is turned on, by following this : https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2693767?hl=en-GB .
3.Refresh the page by closing the tab and opening it again.
4.Check if your computer's other recording software works.
5.Check if audio recording works fine in Pearson's website: https://www.ptepractice.com/requirements
